Halle (Westfalen) is a small city in North Rhine-Westphalia on the southern slope of the Teutoburg Forest, about 15 kilometres west of Bielefeld. It is nicknamed “Lindenstadt” for the many lime trees in the city centre. Halle is the main location of Storck, the producer of Toffifee and Werther’s Original.
