Rye

Rye is a small town in East Sussex only two miles from the sea. It was an important member of the “The Confederation of Cinque Ports”, a historic group of coastal towns in south-east England. It is known for having been the home of the notorious Hawkhurst Gang and is a popular tourist destination.
