Maastricht

Maastricht is the capital of the Dutch province of Limburg. The university city is located on both sides of the river Maas and borders Germany as well as the Belgian regions, Flanders and Wallonia. Maastricht is one of the three oldest cities in the Nether­lands' and has a beautiful medieval city center with a city wall.
